My love for fermentation began as a curiosity. I’d always been passionate about cooking from scratch and finding ways to make whole, plant-based foods a bigger part of my life. The first time I made sauerkraut, I was fascinated by how something as simple as cabbage and salt could transform into a probiotic-rich, flavorful food. From there, I was hooked!
Fermentation became a natural extension of my holistic health journey. Not only does it align perfectly with my belief in self-sufficiency and healing through food, but it also opened a new world of flavors, gut health benefits, and mindfulness in the kitchen.
